Knife pleating, also known as flat pleating, creates regular parallel folds with one side of the pleat longer than the other. Pleat width can be programmed from 5 mm to 40 mm, while the spacing between pleats can be adjusted according to the fabric and production requirements.
This technique is suitable for continuous fabric lengths and cut garment panels used in skirts, dresses and other textile production.
